Second Servings is a project of Traditional Arts Indiana, the Folklore and Folklife center for the Hoosier State, but it’s a special project—which means that we’ve got so much to say about delicious food that we decided to make a whole separate thing of it.
At its heart, Second Servings is a podcast. We criss-cross the Crossroads of America to locate the tastiest traditional treats in the state. We do interviews, perform taste-tests, and roll the whole thing into an audio program for your entertainment. Keep yourself current on what’s happening with breaded pork tenderloin, turtle soup, and persimmon pudding by visiting the Home section of our website.
